What you can bring
A small single-state employer needs payroll setup, scheduled processing, report review, or help organizing payroll records.

Configure the selected payroll platform, review client-supplied information, prepare payroll for approval, process agreed pay runs, review reports, and reconcile payroll totals.
One-time setup — $200

- Set up pay schedules, routine earnings, and deductions
- Review supplied opening balances and existing payroll-account information
- Check the first payroll and explain the approval process
Ongoing support — $125/month
- Up to three regularly scheduled payroll runs monthly
- Review client-supplied hours and changes
- Prepare payroll for client approval and submit through the agreed platform
- Review reports and reconcile payroll totals
- Review routine platform-generated filing confirmations and identify filings outside platform coverage
Clear responsibilities and additional work
The client supplies accurate information, approves payroll, and provides funds by agreed deadlines. Before work begins, we document who handles each federal and state filing, year-end forms, and agency follow-up.
Payroll software is paid separately. Historical cleanup, complicated migration, new agency registrations, and filings outside the agreed platform coverage receive a separate quote. Additional payroll runs: $30 each. Client-requested cleanup or special work: $50/hour, agreed beforehand. Correcting a TND processing error carries no additional service charge.
This introductory package is for simple single-state employers with up to five employees. Larger or more complex payrolls require a separate scope and quote.
Introductory business-service rates are subject to service fit and availability. We review scope and pricing after the first 90 days of an ongoing engagement; any future change is discussed and agreed in advance. Payroll software, wages, taxes, and third-party charges are separate.
