Introductory federal individual preparation starts at $200 for a straightforward return with organized documents. A simple return with Schedule C may start at $350 total, excluding bookkeeping cleanup. Additional schedules, state returns, substantial corrections, and complex circumstances are quoted after document review.
For rentals, foreign reporting, or business-entity returns, we review complexity and service fit before accepting the work or quoting a fee. The final scope and price are agreed before preparation begins.
Introductory business-service rates are subject to service fit and availability. We review scope and pricing after the first 90 days of an ongoing engagement; any future change is discussed and agreed in advance. Payroll software, wages, taxes, and third-party charges are separate.
